Order Processing Time

All artwork is carefully prepared with love and attention. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment.
For made-to-order or custom pieces, processing times may be longer and will be noted in the product description.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within [your country]): 5-7 days after shipment

Shipping Carriers

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us at StarlingArt@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.
